2. Services Description
We provide independent evaluations of cryptocurrency mining hardware, including longevity assessments, power efficiency audits, and fleet lifecycle analyses. Our reports are advisory in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, reports, images, and design elements — is owned by Content Ashfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. Evaluation reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s internal use only. Redistribution, publication, or resale of reports without written permission is prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients arranging hardware delivery for bench testing are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and any import duties. Clients must accurately disclose hardware origin, seller details, and operating conditions so we can scope evaluations appropriately.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our evaluations are based on testing conducted during the agreed timeframe and conditions. We do not guarantee future hardware performance, market prices, or mining profitability. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific evaluation in question.
We are not liable for losses arising from purchase decisions made by clients, hardware failure after the evaluation period, or inaccuracies in data provided by third-party sellers.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client inquiries, facility details, and evaluation results as confidential. We do not share client-specific data with hardware sellers, manufacturers, or other clients. Anonymized aggregate data may be used for internal reference and general publications.
7. Payment Terms
Fees are quoted after a scoping conversation. A 50% deposit is required before testing begins. The remaining balance is due upon report delivery. Late payments beyond 14 days of invoice may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
8. Cancellation
Clients may cancel before hardware arrives at our bench for a full deposit refund minus any scoping costs already incurred. Once testing has begun, cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Daegu, South Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
