Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for evaluation services provided by Content Ashfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. All fees quoted on our website and in invoices are informational — payment is arranged via bank transfer after a scoping conversation.
Deposit and Cancellation Before Testing
- Full refund — If you cancel after paying a deposit but before hardware arrives at our Daegu bench, you receive a full deposit refund minus any scoping costs already incurred (typically ₩50,000 for the initial consultation if a report draft was started).
- Partial refund — If hardware has arrived but testing has not begun, we refund the deposit minus a 20% scheduling fee to cover bench reservation and intake processing.
Cancellation After Testing Begins
Once the 48-hour burn-in or on-site measurement has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-evaluation:
- You receive a partial report with data collected up to the cancellation point, if available.
- The remaining balance is not charged.
Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund of all fees paid (deposit and balance) is available if:
- We are unable to complete the evaluation due to our own scheduling or equipment failure
- The delivered report does not include the scope items agreed upon in the scoping call
- We miss the agreed delivery deadline by more than 5 business days without prior notification
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund (up to 50% of total fees) may be issued if:
- On-site access is denied by the client after our team has traveled to the facility
- Hardware delivered for bench testing is a different model than disclosed in the scoping call, requiring a complete re-scope
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Rush assessment surcharges once testing has commenced
- Travel and accommodation costs for on-site visits already completed
- Third-party shipping or import costs for hardware delivery to our bench
- Reports already delivered and reviewed via the included consultation call
Rescheduling
You may reschedule an evaluation once at no charge if requested at least 5 business days before the planned start date. Rescheduling within 5 business days incurs a ₩100,000 rebooking fee.
No-Shows
If you miss a scheduled scoping call without notice, we will attempt to reschedule once. A second missed appointment without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Process
- Email info@content-ashfield.click with your invoice number and reason for the refund request.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and review within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payment account within 10 business days.
Deposits for Materials
We do not purchase hardware or materials on behalf of clients. No product deposits apply to our services.
Work Already Started
If an evaluation report has been delivered and the review call completed, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund is available. If you believe the report contains factual errors in measured data, contact us within 14 days — we will re-examine the raw test logs at no charge.
Disputes
Unresolved refund disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service, with jurisdiction in Daegu, South Korea.
